On a powder-coated tumbler, the laser burns away the color and leaves your logo in bare stainless steel. It doesn’t peel in the dishwasher the way a sticker or a cheap print does.

How much does it cost to engrave a tumbler?
Laser engraving is a $75 setup per job plus $10–$25 per piece for small items. A second side, a wraparound design, color printing and the tumblers themselves are quoted per project. Ask for several quantities and we price each one.
Can you engrave a YETI or Stanley I already have?
Yes. Yes. Ship or drop off your tumblers at our New York studio. Send a spare or two if you can, so we test the engraving before the run. PrintAWorld is an independent engraver, not affiliated with YETI or Stanley.
Will the engraving come off in the dishwasher?
No. The logo is the bare steel under the coating, not ink on top, so there is nothing to peel or fade. Check the tumbler maker’s own care advice for the coating.
Can the engraving be in color?
Engraving shows the steel, so it is silver on a coated tumbler and dark on bare steel. For a color logo we UV print it on the tumbler instead.
Can you engrave all the way around?
Often, depending on the tumbler shape and handle. Wraparound and two-sided designs are quoted per project after a test.
Can each tumbler have a different name?
Yes. Send the names in a spreadsheet; we keep the logo the same and engrave a name on each.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One tumbler is fine. The $75 setup is charged once per job, so a larger run costs less per piece.
How long does it take?
Standard laser engraving lead time is 2–3 weeks after the items reach us, plus shipping. For holiday gifts, send the request in November. Rush jobs are possible case by case; tell us your in-hand date.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the United States, or pickup from our studios in Glendale, Queens or Brooklyn by appointment. Mailing each piece to a different address is quoted per project.
