SALES AND REFUND POLICY for SHIPPED OUT PIECES

Upon receiving shipped pieces, the customer shall inspect pieces or deliverables within three business days after receiving to accept or reject those pieces or deliverables. Customers will be deemed to have accepted the Deliverables unless Customer notifies PrintAWorld in writing of any Nonconforming Deliverables before the end of the 3-DAY inspection period and promptly furnishes such written evidence or other documentation as reasonably required by PrintAWorld. ANY 3D Print that constitutes an accurate printing of a will be deemed to not constitute a Non-conforming Deliverable. For anything that the customer deems as a non-conforming Deliverables, an email (Electronic Mail) must be sent with attached photos of problems clearly stated to us. Without such aforementioned information, our PrintAWorld team will review the information and deem a product as refundable or non-refundable. If PrintAWorld reasonably determines that the Deliverable is a Nonconforming Deliverable, PrintAWorld shall do one of the following: (1) replace the Nonconforming Deliverable with a conforming Deliverable, or (2) refund the price paid for the Nonconforming Deliverable. PrintAWorld shall issue refunds to the credit card or other payment method Customer used to place the Service Order. It normally takes financial institutions five to ten business days to post a refund transaction.
