How much do custom leather patch hats cost?
Laser engraving is a $75 setup per job plus $10–$25 per piece for small items. The hats and attaching the patches are quoted per project. Ask for several quantities and we price each one.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One hat is fine. The $75 setup is charged once per job, so a larger run costs less per piece.
Can you put patches on hats I already have?
Yes. Ship or drop off your hats at our New York studio. Send a spare or two if you can, so we test the engraving before the run.
Real or faux leather?
Real leather engraves a darker shade with a warm, natural look. Two-tone faux leather engraves to a contrasting color, which reads better from a distance.
Can you make the patches only?
Yes. We cut and engrave patches for brands that attach them themselves.
How long does it take?
Standard laser engraving lead time is 2–3 weeks after the items reach us, plus shipping. Tell us if you need the hats for an event. Rush jobs are possible case by case; tell us your in-hand date.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the United States, or pickup from our studios in Glendale, Queens or Brooklyn by appointment. Mailing each piece to a different address is quoted per project.
