How much do engraved corporate gifts cost?
Laser engraving is a $75 setup per job plus $10–$25 per piece for small items. Larger pieces like boards fall in the medium-items range, $45–$65 per piece. The gift items themselves, gift boxes and packing are quoted per project. Ask for several quantities and we price each one.
What corporate gifts can you engrave?
Tumblers and water bottles, cutting boards and coasters, leather notebooks and portfolios, pens, card holders, metal business cards, ornaments, plaques and awards. Send a photo or a link of anything else and we tell you if it engraves well.
Can each employee gift have a different name?
Yes. Send the names in a spreadsheet. We keep the logo the same and engrave one name per piece, then check every piece against your list.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One gift is fine. The $75 setup is charged once per job, so a larger run costs less per piece.
Can you source the gifts, or do we send them?
Either. We can source tumblers, boards, notebooks and other items (quoted per project), or your supplier ships the items to us. Yes. Ship or drop off your items at our New York studio. Send a spare or two if you can, so we test the engraving before the run.
When should we order corporate holiday gifts?
Standard laser engraving lead time is 2–3 weeks after the items reach us, plus shipping. For gifts in hand before the holidays, send the request by mid-November. Rush jobs are possible case by case; tell us your in-hand date.
Can you mail each gift to a different person?
Yes, anywhere in the United States, or pickup from our studios in Glendale, Queens or Brooklyn by appointment. Mailing each piece to a different address is quoted per project.
What logo file do you need?
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) engraves sharpest. A clean PNG works for most logos; we tell you if it needs redrawing.
