Put your design directly on the object.

For approved projects, UV printing adds full-color and white-ink graphics without a separate label or decal. Send the actual item you want printed. We’ll check its material, coating, shape, and print area to see whether it is a good fit.

Will UV printing work on your item?

A rigid item with a flat print area is the best starting point. Coatings, texture, curves, changing height, edge clearance, and everyday handling can all change how the job needs to be set up.

Likely a good fit

  • A rigid item with a flat or consistently level print area
  • Artwork with a finished size and clearly marked placement
  • An extra unit available if setup or testing requires one

We need a closer look

  • Curved, recessed, textured, coated, or uneven print areas
  • High-value items with no spare unit for setup or adhesion testing
  • Color-critical or frequently handled items with strict requirements

Another method may work better

  • Flexible fabric or anything that moves while it is being printed
  • A shape that cannot stay safely clear of the print head
  • A surface or end use that is not a good match for UV ink

In NYC? Bring approved items to our Brooklyn studio.

Skip packing and shipping when your item is fragile, unusual, or hard to box. After we review your project, you can arrange a drop-off and pickup at 616 Berriman Street in East New York.

Please wait for confirmation before bringing anything over. Drop-off and pickup are by appointment. Need a courier, local delivery, packing, or shipping? We’ll include it in the quote.

Get a useful quote, even if every file is not ready.

Start with what you know: the item, size, quantity, print area, and deadline. Photos and artwork help us quote more accurately, but you can send either file later.

Tell us what you have

Describe the object, material if known, dimensions, quantity, intended use, and deadline.

Show us the item and design

Upload item photos and the design when you have them. If either file is not ready, you can still submit the form.

Point to the print area

Show the side or face, orientation, finished size, and alignment. A quick marked-up photo is often enough.

What to know before you send us an item.

Where can I get UV printing in NYC?

PrintAWorld offers direct-to-object UV printing at 616 Berriman Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Start by sending photos, dimensions, quantity, artwork, print placement, and intended use. Once we confirm the item is a fit, we can arrange an appointment for drop-off and pickup.

Can I bring my own object to your Brooklyn studio?

Yes, if we approve the object first. Send photos and dimensions before bringing or shipping it. Some jobs also need an extra unit for setup, adhesion testing, or registration. Please wait for confirmation and an appointment before coming to the studio.

How much does UV printing cost in NYC?

Projects start at $250. Your price depends on the number of items, print size, artwork variations, white ink, surface prep, testing, fixtures, handling, and the handoff plan. We list any setup costs in the written quote so you can see what you are paying for.

How long should I allow for an NYC UV printing project?

Plan for at least 2-3 weeks. That window may include item review, receiving, testing, proof approval, setup, production, and pickup or shipping. Have a tight deadline? Tell us at the start. We will confirm whether the item, artwork, schedule, and logistics make it possible.

What artwork files should I send for UV printing?

For logos and line art, send a vector PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG file when possible. A high-resolution PNG, TIFF, or PSD may work for raster artwork. Include the finished size, orientation, placement, and any white-ink notes. If the final file is not ready, you can still start the quote form.

Can you print white ink on clear or dark objects?

Often, yes. White ink can sit under color or appear as part of the design on compatible clear or dark surfaces. The material, coating, artwork, opacity, and setup all affect the result, so we confirm the white-ink plan after reviewing your item.

Can UV printing work on curved or coated objects?

Sometimes. Curves, recesses, coatings, texture, and changes in height can affect print quality and adhesion. Send clear photos from several angles, the overall dimensions, the print-area size, and whatever material or coating details you have. We will tell you whether the item looks workable.

Do you serve Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island?

Yes. We handle projects from all five boroughs at our Brooklyn studio. You can arrange item drop-off and pickup by appointment, or ask us to include courier, local delivery, packing, or shipping in the quote.
